Wale is set to have a serious guest on his next album - Jerry Seinfeld!
The comedian says he agreed to the collaboration about learning about Wale's 2008 Seinfeld-inspired mixtape, More About Nothing, through his wife, who's a fan of the rapper.
Seinfeld says that when Wale realized he had an in with the funny man, he made a pitch for the collaboration. In a new video filmed in Wale's studio, he says, "Wale called me, he came to my show, we hung out a little bit. He wanted me to do something with him. I didn't understand it. But he did. I listened to his music, I liked it."
Seinfeld also jokes that he was worried his wife was into Wale a little too much. "We're living together, she's into him, he's into me, and I didn't know about the whole thing."
