Last night's Law and Order: SVU was the one loosely based on the Chris Brown - Rihanna incident -- but it may not have been as loose as we thought.

According to MediaTakeout, there was some basis in reality for the plot twist in which the "Jay-Z" character steps in to protect the female singer, only to be killed by the "Chris Brown" character. A source tells the site that at the height of the drama surrounding Brown and Rihanna, Hova actually beefed up his security because he was afraid Brown might attack him or Beyonce.
